v .09c Release Notes (2005.03.24)

• There has been a major re-structuring of the EarleySuite from v.08 and v.09 based on discussions with the users in the community. What was the EarlyMod has been renamed as the EarleyCodeBase which refers to a parent codebase such as the Unified Model.  EarleyModel now refers to what many scientists call the model, which is also known as a project or job or simuilation or experiment such as HadCM3.
  The physical and dynamical properties, previously separated at a high level, are now combined into one - science parameter properties.
